Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities within the Naples and Southwest Florida region.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with general contractors, property managers, developers, and HOAs.
Strategic Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to build brand awareness.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the estimating and operations teams to create winning, professional bids and contract proposals.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and market trends.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs deeply to provide tailored landscaping and site management solutions that add value to their properties.

Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in business development or sales, specifically within the landscaping, construction, or commercial property service industries.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to executive-level decision-makers.
Drive: A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote or field-based capacity.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track sales activities and manage client data.
