Starting Pay: $70,000 - $95,000 per year (Base Salary) + Incentive Pay, Bonuses, and Mileage Reimbursement
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 80% Office-Based / 20% Field-Based

What You'll Do:
- Lead sales strategies, initiatives, and business development efforts across designated territories.
- Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of 4 to 6 Territory Managers to reach performance targets.
- Provide ongoing sales support and strengthen relationships with an established client base.
- Develop, oversee, and manage the sales department budget.
- Partner with logistics and operations teams to assist in planning and setting up delivery routes for drivers.
- Analyze market trends and utilize data-driven insights to identify new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of successful experience in sales, sales management, or customer service leadership.
- Leadership: Demonstrated track record of talent development, team coaching, and driving sales growth.
- Business Acumen: Strong experience with budget creation, budget management, and financial analysis.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points:
- Background in logistics, route management, or supply chain operations.
