You are the vital link between our core industrial operations and our technology ecosystem. This high-visibility role, reporting to the VP of IT, is responsible for ensuring the seamless, efficient, and resilient operation of all internal business applications, reporting tools, and mobile solutions that drive our business. You will act as the primary escalation point for application support, providing not just technical fixes, but contextual advice for process improvements based on system usage.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical liaison for internal business applications (ERP, reporting, mobile apps, interfaces). Provide expert, first-line user support and technical advice that drives immediate resolution and long-term process improvement via strategic change requests.
Actively participate in the design, development, and execution of new system implementations. This includes defining Business Intelligence (BI) reporting requirements, performing critical Functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features, and assisting in strengthening infrastructure resilience (e.g., cloud backup solutions).
Own user proficiency. Design and conduct tailored training sessions (one-on-one, virtual, and classroom style) to ensure end-users fully leverage the capability of their applications.
Collaborate closely with IT Operations to manage user administration and provisioning, strictly enforcing the principle of "least privilege" to secure critical applications and data.

Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a relevant technical field.
Basic understanding of relational databases and/or SQL.
Exposure to Accounting or Finance practices.

Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of two years of progressive, dedicated professional experience in a Business Analyst or similar technical support/process improvement role.
Industry Context: Practical or contextual understanding of Warehouse, Logistics, and light Manufacturing operational processes.
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide business applications.
Familiarity with business process mapping, workflow concepts, and documentation tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong technical capacity to quickly master new technologies.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A documented ability to work independently, thrive on change, and collaborate effectively across business and development teams.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally for project assignments as required.
