Indoor seed processing and packaging activities may include receiving, scanning, cleaning, treating, sorting, counting, labeling or warehousing seed.Outdoor activities may include planting, pollinating, note taking, data entry, hand harvest.May be responsible for preventive maintenance of equipment in assigned areas.May also include electronic data collection in field and laboratory settings utilizing PC and handheld data collection devices.Organizing, moving and placing seed into storage, maintaining inventory accuracy utilizing electronic inventory systems.Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMSkills:Experience with MS Office / Excel and other standard computer and software systems Mechanical abilityEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (GED)1 year of related experience required.Candidates need to be available for overtime, night shift, rotations shifts, and weekend shifts.
