Responsibilities:
Assist customers with account disputes and ensure all requests are handled accurately and on time
Enter data and process forms related to PIN and signature transactions, settlements, and chargebacks
Research transaction reports and refund customer fees when needed
Monitor case statuses, upload required documentation, and alert investigators as needed
Communicate professionally with team members and follow internal policies and procedures
Meet daily deadlines while staying organized and detail-focused
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience working in a call center or banking environment
Prior experience handling chargebacks or transaction disputes
Comfortable using financial software systems and databases
Familiarity with transaction reports
Familiarity with 10-key by touch data entry
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience
Communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail
Able to follow policies, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
