Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Process orders, quotes, returns, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Proactively reach out to customers for reorders, follow-ups, and to promote new products or services.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and other departments to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and opportunities using CRM software.
Provide feedback to the team on market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound communications, manage accounts, assist with orders, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. You'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of customer service experience with a focus on inside sales or account management.
