Responsibilities:
Maintain and update case files and internal records
Assist clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy
Support case managers with administrative tasks and follow-ups
Schedule appointments and track client interactions
Enter accurate data into various systems
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or case management
Knowledge of client service best practices
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
Proficiency with computers and data systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with care
