Key Qualifications
- 15+ years in finance leadership, with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership (VP/C-Suite) capacity
- Active Wisconsin CPA is required
- Tech-forward mindset and interest in leveraging modern tools (including AI) to enhance insights and productivity
- Proven track record of leading financials for mid-to-large-market organizations
- Ability to be on-site at the Middleton office at least two days per week
