Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Oversight: Provide comprehensive oversight and hands-on management of day-to-day operations across all departments and initiatives within each of the client's concepts.
Process Optimization & Scalability: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, design robust systems, and implement scalable processes that enhance efficiency, consistency, and growth across the entire organization.
Strategic Execution & Decision Support: Act as a critical internal liaison and filter for key decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and facilitating swift, informed action. You'll collaborate closely with the co-owners to track progress, remove obstacles, and drive the execution of long-term plans.
People & Team Development: Provide strong, empathetic leadership and mentorship to department heads, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Facilitate clear and effective communication channels throughout the organization.
Financial Stewardship: Assist in the meticulous development of budgets, strategic allocation of resources, and comprehensive financial reporting to ensure fiscal health and maximize profitability across all ventures.
Project Management & Problem Solving: Oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of key projects. Take ultimate responsibility for identifying and resolving complex operational challenges with innovative and sustainable solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination and synergy between various concepts and departments, optimizing workflows and resource utilization to achieve collective organizational objectives.

Skills:
Experience with organizational development or significant change management initiatives.
Background in diverse business models or industries, demonstrating adaptability.
Familiarity with relevant business management software and data analysis tools.

Proven Senior Leadership: 7+ years of progressive experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP of Operations, COO, or similar), ideally within an entrepreneurial or multi-entity setting.

Strategic Execution: Exceptional ability to translate high-level vision and strategy into concrete, actionable plans and ensure their successful execution by cross-functional teams.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and system implementation for scalability.
Financial Acumen: Strong grasp of budgeting, financial reporting, resource allocation, and cost management principles.
High Emotional Intelligence: Superior communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and foster a positive, productive work environment.
