In this direct-hire role, you will play a key part in the precision fabrication of high-quality aluminum components, ensuring parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.
Starting Pay: $25.00 - $27.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8AM - 4:30PM

What You'll Do:
- Operate CNC press brake machinery to produce precision aluminum components according to engineering specs and drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate part fabrication.
- Adjust machine settings, tooling, and back gauges as needed to maintain consistency and dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using precision tools (calipers, tape measures, squares) for quality and conformance.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency using basic hand tools and measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, squares).
- Basic math skills and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours daily and lift up to 70 lbs.
Bonus Points:
- 1-3 years of experience operating CNC press brakes or similar metal fabrication equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
