- Draft and program standard product lines and custom projects.
- Conduct research, design, and programming for new products and existing product improvement.
- Determine all tooling requirements and manage router tool utilization.
- Assist with CNC Department process improvement and machine operations.
- Provide vital feedback to management to reduce defects, cut cycle times, improve quality, and increase productivity and profitability.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAD and manual drafting principles.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for machine diagnostics and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and maps.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of relevant experience
