Conduct routine maintenance on machines, including managing coolant and controlling chip removal., Provide instruction and guidance to other Machinists regarding machine set-ups and fixture use., Ensure proper handling, use, and disposal of chemical, substances and materials in the waste stream, where applicable., Promote a safe work environment by following all safety procedures including policies, work practices., Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., quality, safety improvement, HPT participation). Follow standard work, Day by Hour, TIB, and other operational metrics., Have the ability to flex to other machine centers when needed.
