To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:Experience & Education: A technical degree and a minimum of five years of directly related experience in CNC machining.Technical Aptitude: A solid CNC set-up machining background is a must.Blueprint Expertise: Above-average to expert knowledge in accurately reading blueprints.Quality Focus: Excellent attention to detail and strong math skills are required to maintain precision.Communication: Excellent people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.Computer Proficiency: Demonstrated competence in computer office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of ITAR and EAR regulations.
