Responsibilities:
- Perform complete set-up and operation of CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, and conventional machining equipment.
- Load, edit, and modify CNC programs with a strong understanding of G-code and tooling offsets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine specifications.
- Use micrometers, indicators, calipers, and other inspection tools to verify precision and quality.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Education: No formal education required.
Experience: 6 months
Skills:
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, G-code programming, and tooling setup.
