THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
This position starts on October 20th and training schedule is Monday through Friday, 9a-4p for 3 weeks.
Post-training schedules will begin November 7th, and will include closing shifts and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries with a professional and efficient approach.
Manage customer escalations by making effective decisions and solving problems.
Become an expert on Coach products, brand policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
Actively drive sales by helping customers place orders and recommending complementary items that match their needs and preferences.
Utilize multiple systems and tools to handle customer interactions efficiently.
Balance cross-functional tasks, including calls, emails, and data processing.
Working hours: Various Shifts Available
Skills:
Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
Strong customer service experience.
Proficiency with computer systems and software.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
At least 6 months prior Customer service experience in a retail or call center environment.
Professional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
Intermediate proficiency with MS office and windows
Ability to multitask effectively and make effective decisions in a fast paced environment
Flexibility to work OT to support Coach peak periods
