While the position starts as part-time and temporary, there is potential for long-term or full-time employment with the right candidate.
Flexible Scheduling:
25-32 hours a week between the hours of 9:00AM-5:00PM
Responsibilities:
Conduct customer outreach calls using a provided contact list
Reintroduce our services, share company updates, and promote current offerings
Collect customer feedback and record responses accurately
Maintain and update customer records in the database
Provide professional, friendly communication to reflect our brand positively
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing office documents
Support company ownership with administrative tasks, including emails, and phone calls
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong attention to detail
Skills:
Detail-oriented with good organizational habits
Able to follow instructions and work independently
Proficient in basic computer tasks (email, data entry, Microsoft Office or willingness to learn)
Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible to handle varied responsibilities
Previous experience in customer service, clerical work, or administrative support is a plus, but not required
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable and confident making phone calls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to schedule appointments
Self motivated and able to work independently
