Responsibilities:
*Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in person.
*Respond to questions about policies, billing, and account information.
*Support internal teams with service requests and administrative tasks.
*Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information responsibly.
*Provide a positive, solution-focused customer experience.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Skills:
*High school diploma or equivalent required.
*Customer service or office experience preferred.
*Verbal and written communication skills.
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
*Detail oriented, professional, and organized.
*Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License (not required but a plus!)
