Seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for a dealership. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming and premium experience for every customer and guest while supporting daily front-office operations.

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately
Schedule service appointments and route calls to appropriate departments
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby
Provide general administrative support to sales, service, and management teams
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with customer follow-ups and satisfaction surveys as needed
Uphold the high standards and luxury image of the Land Rover brand in all interactions
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Skills:
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and accuracy when handling calls, scheduling, or customer inquiries
Education:
High School
Experience:
0-1 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with dealership CRM systems (a plus)
Bilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
