Interact with customers , Resolve customer complaints, requests, or issues , Develop an understanding of the company's products or services, Communicate clearly and professionally, actively listen to understand customer concerns and needs, Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, using company databases , Analyze customer issues, Manage and de-escalate challenging customer situation, Gather and relay customer feedback and suggestions to relevant departments to improve products or services, Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency , Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
