Customer Service Representative openings located at one of our clients in Pleasanton. Selected candidate will be joining a great team who are motivated and inspired to give 100% professional customer service to their customers. This is a 40hr work week, M-F Days. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity.

Customer Interaction: Handle phone-based customer inquiries. Assist customers with information regarding our concrete offerings such as type, color, and delivery timeline. Make sure to introduce customers to our value-added products when suitable.
Order Management: Take responsibility for entering and updating concrete orders. This includes communicating details of order delivery like mix specifications, color, additives, charges, and delivery location to customers. Ensure that all order modifications are promptly executed. If an order requires special instructions or materials, promptly notify the Production Manager or the concerned department head.
Order Confirmation: Guarantee that customers fully comprehend all pertinent company policies and conditions of sale. This includes clarification on "will calls", differences between ordered yards and actual yards, stand-by, overtime, Saturday charges, and short load charges.
