Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat..
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Proven customer support experience or experience in a client service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
