Responsibilities:
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
Serves as the first point of customer contact for general inquiries, including pricing, products, and scheduling.
Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
Interacts with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
Performs a number of customer service support tasks, demonstrating skilled expertise.
Determines the best approach to tasks and problem-solving based on professional knowledge.
Analyzes and resolves abnormalities within the work area, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
Skills:
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to process orders accurately and efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in a customer service position or specialization.
High school diploma/Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with SAP and/or Oracle systems preferred.
Background check and Drug Screen required for this position.
