Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders and quote requests
- Provide technical support and product information to customers
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues on customer equipment
- Travel to customer sites (domestically and internationally) for service and support
- Manage open orders and keep customers informed on lead times and tracking
- Work with internal departments to gather technical info, job status, and documentation
- Maintain detailed records in ERP systems
- Ensure all customer requirements are handled with professionalism and care
- Assist in resolving product or order-related issues quickly and efficiently
Education: High School
Experience: 12 months
Skills:
- High School diploma required; technical training a plus
- Experience in customer service, especially in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude required
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP/order entry systems preferred Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently when needed
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
