Responsibilities:

• Source, Screen and Interview candidates.
• Complete background checks and references verifications.
• Manage all on-boarding activities to ensure employment compliance.
• Serve as an employee advocate offering coaching when needed to drive towards success.

Education: High School

• High school diploma required
• 2-year business degree is preferred (or the equivalent in related work experience.)

Experience: 12 months

• At least one year of customer service experience
