Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering a high volume of inbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding services.
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency is required).
Maintain detailed and accurate customer records by documenting all interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Assist with administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Previous experience in office environment.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Proven customer service experience.
Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, patient demeanor.
Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
