Highlights:
- Direct Hire
- Pay rate: $24-26/hr
- Schedule: M-F (8-4:30 PM)- Onsite
- Location Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional support to customers via phone and email regarding product quotes, order status, and shipping inquiries
- Enter and process customer orders, shipment invoices, and related documentation accurately within the ERP system
- Assist customers with basic product troubleshooting and technical support inquiries
- Process customer return requests and issue Return Material Authorizations
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or order management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with internal teams and external clients
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, with ERP system experience preferred
- An Associate degree in a technical or business-related field is a plus but not required
- A customer-first mindset with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
