Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and engagement across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, etc.). Responding promptly and professional.
Assist customers with purchases, questions, and product demonstrations in the showroom.
Answer inbound calls and manage customer correspondence for all branded content.
Manage review platforms such as Judge.me, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer feedback.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.
Open and close the facility, ensuring equipment, displays, and lights are properly secured.
Support special projects and additional duties as assigned by management.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Proficient with Meta Business Suite or Gorgias (or similar customer service platforms).
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Touch typing proficiency with high accuracy and speed required.
Familiar with Google Suite and MS Office.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Professional, courteous, and confident when engaging with customers.
Self-motivated with good problem-solving skills.
