The primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service by handling a wide range of inquiries related to medical equipment, supplies, and services. Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. This includes answering questions about products, services, and orders.
- Order and Billing Management: Take and process customer orders, calculate charges, and manage payments and billing inquiries. This may involve using an e-catalog or other online ordering systems.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. This may involve troubleshooting issues, processing returns, or adjusting bills.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's dental equipment and supply offerings to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
- Account Management: Review customer accounts and make necessary changes, keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, tech, and service specialists, to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative duties, which may include maintaining a clean and friendly office environment and providing support to other staff members.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
