*Ensure Customer satisfaction
*Conduct follow-ups on customer inquires via phone, e-mail and mail
*Conduct business in a professional and timely manner, with empathy
*Provide accurate information about products, services and company policies
*Assist Customers with order placements, modifications and cancellations.
*Maintain accurate customer records through data entry
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

*Prior customer service experience
