Responsibilities:
Develop and implement customer service procedures and standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
Monitor performance metrics (e.g., response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores) and identify areas for improvement.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to address customer feedback and improve overall customer experience.
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance reviews for the customer service team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software's (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot)
Certifications in customer service or management.
Experience in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
