The Customer Service Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, and works with accounts and assumes responsibility for entering and maintaining customer order fulfillment system utilizing word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain customer orders in the order fulfillment system.
Utilize word processing and spreadsheet applications to support documentation and reporting tasks.
Monitor the order process to ensure on-time delivery in accordance with customer commitments and forecast allocations.
Receive, validate, and book customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively within a team setting.
Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative support.
Previous experience with order entry systems or customer relationship management
