Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of customer service standards, policies, and procedures.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of departmental policies and procedures.
Support sales staff to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer service.
Generate and distribute daily reports and order acknowledgments.
Update customer records in the organization's database.
Provide backup support to other team members.
Participate in the Continuous Improvement Program to enhance customer service processes.
Respond to customer inquiries and communications promptly.
Attend regular customer service department meetings.
Inform internal staff about advertisements and campaigns impacting customer retention.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Proven experience in customer service or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience with Syteline ERP system is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
