Our client, a Manufacturer in Superior, WI, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to provide top-tier, concierge-level service to their B2B and enterprise customers. Work hours: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries about orders, pricing, and shipments.
- Accurately process customer purchase orders and coordinate shipment logistics with various internal and international teams.
- Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in CRM and SharePoint.
- Work closely with finance to manage pricing lists and ensure accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a related customer service or operations role
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE is a plus), CRM, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required -- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- B2B or manufacturing environment preferred.
