Sanitation Job Functions:
- Cleaning and Sanitizing Equipment: Dismantling production equipment for cleaning and sanitizing, then reassembling it after all cleaning procedures are complete.
- Following Safety and Quality Protocols: Adhering to strict sanitation and safety guidelines, including using appropriate chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring the facility meets all food safety regulations (like HACCP and GMPs).
- Maintaining a Clean Work Area: Sweeping and mopping floors, scrubbing walls, cleaning drains , and maintain a sterile environment

Cutting Tech Job Functions:
- Operating Slicing and Cutting Equipment:  Use machinery to precisely cut and slice the cooked meat into the correct size and shape for packaging. This could involve using slicers, de-linkers, or even hand-held tools like scissors.
- Quality Control and Inspection: They are responsible for visually inspecting the finished product to ensure it meets specifications for quality, size, and appearance. This includes preventing and minimizing inedible products.

Skills:
Follow daily production schedule and achieve specified goals
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork as directed

Qualifications:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks
Must be able to communicate with co-workers and supervisor
Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
Excellent attendance and dependability
Must work with both pork and beef products in a cold environment
