Responsibilities:
-Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing production data to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
-Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to summarize data and key performance metrics.
-Adjust input data in proprietary software to report accurately.
-Serve as a point of contact between plant staff and management to relay information, provide updates, and resolve minor issues.
-Assist in communicating operational goals, safety protocols, and other relevant policies to plant employees.
-Support training initiatives and facilitate communication between departments as needed.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with spreadsheets and data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across multiple departments.
Proficient in basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

-Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying temperatures.
-Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
-Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 60 lbs.
-High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or coursework in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
-Bilingual
-Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus but not required. Strong interest in learning about plant operations and manufacturing processes is essential.
