Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Verification: Perform timely data entry of a high volume of alphanumeric and text-based data from various source documents into company databases.
Information Management: Maintain and update client applications, policy records, and claims information to ensure all data is current, complete, and correct.
Document Processing: Prepare, sort, and scan physical documents and transcribe information into electronic formats as required.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Quality Control: Review data for discrepancies, errors, or omissions, and correct any incompatibilities to ensure data integrity.
Recordkeeping: Generate and file reports, organize electronic files, and perform backup operations of completed work in designated locations.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive policyholder information with the utmost discretion, strictly adhering to data integrity and security policies.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments, such as claims adjusters, underwriters, and customer service representatives, to resolve data-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Prior experience in data entry, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
Typing Proficiency: Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a strong attention to detail is critical for producing error-free work.
Technical Literacy: Strong computer skills and familiarity with office equipment, including experience with MS Office Suite (especially Excel), database software, and other data programs.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of tasks.
Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining focus on assigned tasks.
