One of our clients is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Talent Management to lead organization-wide talent initiatives that drive business performance and employee engagement. This key leadership role will be responsible for designing and executing talent strategies aligned with global business goals. The Director will partner with senior leadership to shape the future of our workforce through impactful programs in succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee lifecycle initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking talent management strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee succession planning, performance management, and employee lifecycle programs including engagement surveys.
- Partner with senior leaders to support internal mobility, leadership readiness, and workforce retention strategies.
- Lead the execution of talent reviews and succession plans to maintain a robust leadership pipeline.
- Create and deliver employee engagement initiatives that support retention and foster a culture of collaboration.
- Work with the Talent Management Center of Excellence (COE) to optimize job descriptions, performance evaluations, and other key processes.
- Guide change management efforts related to talent programs, ensuring successful adoption across teams.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, using insights to improve talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the onboarding process for senior hires to ensure smooth transitions and early impact.
- Coach and mentor employees and leaders on career growth, learning paths, and leadership development.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience in global or multi-site operations.
- Expertise in leadership development frameworks and learning platforms.
- Knowledge of organizational development, culture transformation, and employee experience best practices.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex change initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Director-level talent management, strategic HRBP, or Talent Partner role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing enterprise-wide talent strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decisions.
- Proficiency with HR and talent management systems and technologies.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
