The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, streamlining administrative processes, facilitating communication between central leadership and local sites, and utilizing data to drive operational improvements. You'll play a critical role in promoting organizational efficiency and supporting the successful execution of our district's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide logistical support to field service personnel, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and job trailer shipping.
Participate in planning and coordination of service jobs; attend and contribute to job planning meetings.
Support various HR functions including coordinating crew hiring, pre-employment screenings (physicals, drug tests, etc.) crew training and development and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing.
Perform data entry, update and revise job documentation, manage the customer database, and coordinate meetings and conference calls.
Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining organized filing systems.
Coordinate with other departments and workgroups to gather information, resolve issues, and support cross-functional initiatives.
Support regional training sessions, customer "lunch and learns," and other district events.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Prior experience in an industrial or technical administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.
