Shift: Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (4x8-hour shifts)
Pay: $17.48/hr.
This role is crucial for our transition to a paperless system, and we need someone who can work independently and efficiently. While knowledge of benefits and various benefits forms is a plus, it is not a requirement. Responsibilities:
Review and Organize: You'll meticulously review and organize paper-based employee benefit and retirement files, ensuring all documents are complete and properly arranged for the scanning process.
Scanning and Data Entry: You'll be responsible for scanning physical files into our electronic OnBase file system. This task requires a high level of attention to detail to ensure all documents are captured correctly and in the right order.
Quality Assurance: You'll perform quality checks on all scanned documents to verify their accuracy and legibility, correcting any discrepancies as needed.
Record Keeping: You'll maintain accurate records of all files processed and ensure the secure handling of sensitive employee information.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education: A high school diploma or GED is required. You must be able to provide documentation.
