Previous work experience troubleshooting electrical and/or mechanical problems.Strong knowledge of the following electrical concepts: Basic Electricity, Motors and Controls, PLC Programming and Fundamentals AC/DC.Specialized Equipment: Experience with specific types of equipment, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and protective relays.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with specialized software for data acquisition, analysis, and reporting.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively report findings to engineers and management.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex technical issues independently.
Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics from an accredited institution. Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuits, and components.Ability to use various testing tools (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, power analyzers) to identify and fix problems.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and schematics to understand system layouts.Meticulous documentation of test results, maintenance activities, and equipment status.Ability to read, write, and understand English.
