The ERP Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting and optimizing Innovance?s cloud-hosted Epicor Kinetic ERP environment. This position focuses on configuring system workflows, developing dashboards, and providing cross-functional support across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operational teams.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $83,836 - $115,000/YR
Responsibilities:
System Configuration: Configure and optimize Epicor Kinetic using BAQs, BPMs, Application Studio, Dashboards, and User/Group Security tools.
Technical Support: Provide frontline support for Cloud users, resolving functional questions and coordinating with Epicor Support for escalations.
Business Analysis: Analyze processes across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and finance to identify system improvements.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain BAQs, Dashboards, KPIs, SSRS reports, and data extracts for various stakeholders.
Upgrade Management: Support cloud upgrade cycles by evaluating release notes, executing regression testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
Documentation & Training: Document system configurations and procedures while developing user guides and training materials.
Automation: Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through optimized workflows and system automation capabilities.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting a manufacturing or production environment (Preferred).
ERP Experience: Experience with Epicor Kinetic or another modern cloud-hosted ERP system (Preferred).
