This is not a traditional support role; it is a strategic administrative position where your organizational excellence directly enables the ED to focus on high-level advocacy, fundraising, and mission strategy. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, the Board, and vital external agencies. You will be the crucial point of coordination that keeps the entire mission moving forward.

Responsibilities:
- The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative infrastructure that drive executive decision-making and organizational efficiency. Duties include:
- Manage and strategically optimize the complex schedules and calendars for the ED
- Serve as the primary liaison, fielding, prioritizing, and directing all incoming mail and email correspondence for the ED
- Coordinate internal Agency Staff Meetings and manage communication flow between leadership and staff
- Assist with the preparation of Agency Board Meetings and ensure accurate minute-taking and compilation of essential materials.
- Maintain the Agency Contact Directory, ensuring essential communication pathways to key stakeholders and community partners remain current.
- File sensitive reports, correspondences, and other confidential information, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Handle other administrative and operational duties as assigned, consistently prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- We are seeking a highly professional, proactive individual with the capability to manage complexity and confidentiality in a mission-driven setting. Qualified candidates will have:
- Previous, verifiable experience performing executive administrative duties in a demanding, high-volume environment.
- A commitment to supporting the mission of the organization, and a high standard of discretion required when working with executive leadership and confidential information.
