You'll serve as the operational backbone of the office, using your judgment, professionalism, and experience to manage day-to-day tasks, anticipate needs, and stay two steps ahead. These agents are focused on being in the field, building relationships, and closing deals - your ability to run a smooth, responsive office directly contributes to that momentum and the company's continued growth.
Responsibilities:
How you'll best serve this team:
Oversee and support all administrative office operations
Provide direct support to brokers and agents (real estate license is a plus, but not required)
Manage real estate listings and leasing processes, including property input and updates across multiple platforms
Coordinate internal communications and customer service efforts
Manage marketing materials and digital documents from creation to execution (basic layout/design skills are helpful; InDesign knowledge is a bonus but not required)
Serve as the front-office point of contact: phones, visitors, inquiries - YOU are the Director of Lasting Impressions!
Coordinate social media posts and assist with online presence (WordPress/website skills a bonus)
Conduct research and special projects as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Onsite role in New Port Richey, FL - this is not a hybrid or remote role and requires you to report to the office daily
