Job Description:

We’re hiring a Welder Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team in St. Marys, PA. This is a Direct Hire role, meaning you’ll be hired directly by the employer—not through a staffing agency. In this position, you’ll perform welding, fabrication, assembly, and production work that keeps our shop running efficiently. If you are skilled with MIG, TIG, or stick welding, enjoy hands-on work, and want opportunities to grow in manufacturing, this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and metal fabrication using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical schematics for assembly and production
• Use hand tools, grinders, cutting equipment, and welding machines to fabricate parts and assemblies
• Inspect finished welds and components to ensure compliance with quality and manufacturing standards
• Support production and assembly workflows to meet deadlines and efficiency goals

Education: No formal education required.
