This is a travel-intensive role with up to 75% travel across your assigned region. Candidates located in the West or Midwest are preferred.
All travel expenses (airfare, hotel, rental car, rail, etc.) are fully covered.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Customer Advocacy: Perform site visits to assess conditions, identify opportunities to upgrade outdated products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Support: Partner with project managers and sales teams to troubleshoot and support installations.
Technical Problem Solving: Minimize downtime and proactively address customer issues.
Training & Commissioning: Provide hands-on support during installations, commissioning, and training.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Learning & Development: Gain and apply knowledge in access control systems, door hardware, electric door switching, and fire egress.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Technical knowledge of door hardware, electric switching, and fire egress systems
Experience with security product installations and construction sites
Proficiency with basic hand tools and mechanical installations
Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a trade skill within the low-voltage industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to learn and explain integrated technical solutions
Willingness to travel extensively (including overnight stays)
Clean driving record and an active passport
High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, timely results
