In this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful installation, servicing, and repair of complex equipment and systems at customer locations across the North East region of Atlanta.

Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site installations, service calls, and repairs of complex equipment and systems with minimal supervision.
* Follow detailed work instructions and collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address any outdated or incorrect instructions.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to training guides and documentation.
* Streamline administrative processes related to equipment delivery and installation.
* Train customers on proper equipment usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
* 6+ months of experience in HVAC, wireless data networks, and IT infrastructure (work or education).
* 6+ months of experience reading wiring diagrams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
* Experience with basic construction and electrical trade tools and power equipment preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, email).
* High school diploma or GED required.
