We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources File Clerk for a temporary assignment starting ASAP through the end of August. This role is vital for maintaining the integrity of employee records and supporting the daily operations of the HR department.

As an HR File Clerk, you will handle a variety of records management and administrative tasks:

Records Management: Copy, scan, classify, index, file, store, and retrieve documents.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate employee records within various HR systems.
Quality Control: Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure all documents are legible, fully captured, and filed correctly.
Compliance: Assist with tracking files to ensure they meet document retention requirements.
Department Support: Provide administrative aid for HR events and programs.
Customer Service: Occasionally answer phones, greet visitors, and assist with walk-in inquiries.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous experience working in the Human Resources field.
Experience with electronic document management and handling sensitive information.

High School

Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry, with the ability to learn new department software quickly.
Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills for preparing correspondence.

Independence: Ability to manage a large volume of work with minimal supervision.
Discretion: Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive records.
