Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts' email and vendor management.
- Maintain invoicing system for entry invoices and review accuracy.
- Create POs as requested.
- Create invoices for customers.
- Conduct inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
- Maintain other reports as required.
- Support month-end close.
- Support the Controller in preparation of the Board of Directors? meeting package.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Good organizational, analytical problem solving and good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people.

Education:
Associate

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- AA/AS Degree preferred.
- Experience in a finance role.
- Knowledge of GAAP.
- Willing to work extra hours as project or production needs dictate.
- Availability for travel.
- Passion towards driving continuous improvement.
