, cost control, and strategic investment decisions. This role will also focus on cost analysis of production materials and ways to final additional cash flow improvement opportunities. The role will play a critical role in driving the company's pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and financial planning processes. This position will work closely across multiple teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to provide actionable insights that support revenue growth and margin improvement. This role will be fully on site with standard office hours, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies for new and existing products across multiple channels.
Conduct profitability and margin analysis at product, customer, and channel levels.
Analyze competitive pricing trends and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pricing, contracts, and bids.
Develop pricing models and tools to improve decision-making and efficiency.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
Partner with cross-functional teams on new product development and go-to-market plans.
Ensure pricing compliance and documentation for internal controls and audit purposes.
Assist in scenario modeling and financial impact analysis for pricing initiatives.
Support capital expenditure planning and project evaluation (ROI, NPV, IRR analysis).
Track manufacturing KPIs such as yield, scrap, downtime, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and inventory turnover.
Prepare dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to operations and leadership teams.
Support of month end close.
Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
A minimum of 3 years work experience in Purchasing / Operations.
Sage and/or experience in other ERP/MRP platforms preferred.
SAP, Oracle, NetSuite experience considered a plus.
Ability to communicate as well as good organizational skills.
Experience with pricing, manufacturing accounting and cost accounting principles.
Proficiency in preparing clear, concise, and accurate financial reports for various stakeholders, including executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
Previous manufacturing accounting, or financial planning experience in a manufacturing setting required.
Expertise in analyzing production costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost control measures across multiple manufacturing sites. This includes understanding the impact of material costs on overall profitability.
Previous experience in analyzing cash flow, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to overall cash flow optimization.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
