In this role, you'll be the backbone of our client's operations, ensuring their fleet is always in top condition. You'll tackle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, leveraging your technical expertise to keep things moving.

Responsibilities:
Perform thorough preventative maintenance and essential repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and various equipment.
Diagnose and expertly repair complex systems including diesel engines, suspension, clutches, Allison transmissions, drivetrains, hydraulic and steering systems, fuel systems, electrical components, HVAC, and air brake systems.
Efficiently complete all assigned work duties with precision.
Pinpoint the root cause of component failures and address them effectively.
Maintain an exceptionally clean and professional work environment, ensuring your tools and equipment are always in order.
Perform welding as needed for repairs and fabrication.

Skills:
MN Inspection Certified (or a willingness to obtain certification).

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Diesel Engine Repair.
3+ years of experience demonstrating strong Mechanical Knowledge.
Possess your own tools to perform job duties.
